We currently have several CNC Vertical Machining Centers in house with 4th axis capabilities, CNC Lathes and a Twin Spindle 10 Axis CNC Lathe equipped with multi directional live tooling as well as an Automated Bar Feed System. This allows us to be able to assist you, our Customer, with a wide variety of machining capabilities.
Our Twin Spindle Lathe offers state of the art precision, along with quicker product through-put resulting from the continuous supply of material via it's automated bar feeder.
Various other CNC Single Spindle Lathes produce quality product with manual loading of material, in sizes up to 16" x 48" long.
Our Vertical Milling Centers with travel capabilities up to 16" x 24" permit the fixturing for multiple part production, or precise 'one-offs'. Each are equipped with multiple tool changers that increase our productivity, keeping your costs to a minimum.
